We prepare our shipments from Monday to Friday and the preparation and transit times mentioned below refer to working days (excluding public holidays).

Shipping and delivery times
Orders are processed and shipped within 48/72 hours of receipt & transit time is 4 - 7 working days depending on the destination and the mode of transport chosen.
Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not counted as working days.
Public holidays in Spain and the United States should be considered as working days. Holidays on Beauty Village regarding the delivery of goods, as two of our logistics platforms are based in Valencia and New York.
