To check the lead time and price in other countries located in South America, Asia and the Middle East, please consult our customer service logistics department or our website for an estimate. We confirm that we also ship to South America, Asia and the Middle East via our various carriers DHL, UPS, FEDEX.

We prepare our shipments from Monday to Friday and the preparation and transit times mentioned below refer to working days (excluding public holidays).

Costs Delivery

Our shipping rates are for standard service. Deliveries are made during business hours, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., depending on the carrier, the courier's route and the country of destination.

Shipping and delivery times

Orders are processed and shipped within 48/72 hours of receipt & transit time is 4 - 7 working days depending on the destination and the mode of transport chosen.

Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not counted as working days.

Public holidays in Spain and the United States should be considered as working days. Holidays on Beauty Village regarding the delivery of goods, as two of our logistics platforms are based in Valencia and New York.
